Integrated Vacuum-Chamber device to give fast Vacuum before degassing and mould closing to facilitate perfect die filling.
Main Ram used for final compression force, with double acting auxiliary cylinders, fast closing, slow degassing in micro-speed.
PERFECT temperature indication and control with band setting solid state Digital controllers via cartridge heaters.
PRE-HEAT timers for 7 days programming to save pre-heat time.
Variable speed Hydraulic Pushers for mould IN/OUT
Front mounted Hydraulic Ejector for mould seperation and tilting to desired angle, for ease of material loading and product unloading.
Each press individually PLC (SIEMENS) controlled with double line display of complete sequence of events.
