Pin Barrel Extruder ? |
| This
is a single screw extruder up to 10 row of radial pins
projecting from the barrel wall into the screw fluites,
thereby doing flow division, laminar change and drop
in shear, giving excellent flexibility, perfect mixing
and dispersing effect. The same machine can be adopted
working with full range of rubbers without any change
in the machine as regards screw design etc. |

| Technical
Details |
| The
specially designed scroll working in feed box barrel
with spiral under cut liner providing mixing zone in
the feed area which is complimented by a swing out type
feed roll device thereby making the extrusion system
universal. The pin barrels provided upto ten pin planes,
each plane having 6 to 8 pins beginning from the maximum
pressurised area or where the screw is full of material.
