FEED
ROLL :
In the conventional Extruders the material
is fed through hopper having tangential under
cut, which dose not accept hard materials,
hence output is low. With incorporation of
feed roll device, Extruder efficiency increases
by 20%. The feed roll takes drive from special
Nitra Hardened cone gear mounted on the scroll.
With this attachment auto feeding of Extruder
from over head conveyor becomes easy,
totally avoiding the attention of the operator
on the Extruder. With this special multi
roller safety hopper are provided to avoid
accidents.

PRODUCTIONS INSTEAD OF TWO PIECE CONVENTIONAL
HEAD OFFERS FOLLOWING ADVANTAGES:

In the conventional head once the extrusion
process is stopped the material weighing around
1½ to 2½ kgs is either wasted or this cured
compound is mixed in to the to the to-be processed
lot thereby lowering the quality. This happens
because it takes a very long time to open the
head and clean. First time in India 'Santosh'
has developed circular head which can be opened
simply by unfastening the four yellow colour
nuts as shown in the picture. The head
can be opened in a short time less than two
minutes and not a gram of material remains inside
the head. Already renowned parties like M/s.
General Rubbers, M/s Midas Apco, M/s. Anchor
Treads Private Ltd., M/s India Rubber Ltd. are
using the new type of heads. This heads can
also be retrofitted on old machines.
